Promotion - Welcome to Lelys!

Eligibility criteria and restrictions:

• The discount applies only to the first order of labels with a minimum value of $2,500.
• The discount does not apply to repeat orders.
• The discount applies only to the price per 1,000 labels and not to other charges (including tax) added to the order.
• Entries will be accepted until June 30, 2008.
• The contest is open to residents of Quebec and Ontario only. To qualify for the draw, participants must be 18 years of age or older. Employees of Group Lelys, as well as people with whom they reside, are not eligible to participate in the contest. No purchase necessary.
• Entries submitted by Internet are limited to one per person, per address, per phone number and per e-mail address for the entire duration of the contest. Entries will be accepted until Sunday, June 30, 2008 at midnight.
• Participation by Internet only. Forms printed or copied and received by mail will not be accepted.
• This discount may not be combined with any other discount coupon.

• Your privacy is important to us. Group Lelys agrees to protect the privacy, security and accuracy of personal information it collects and uses. Your registration constitutes your consent to the collection and use of this information by Group Lelys.

Generalities:

• At its sole discretion, Group Lelys may cancel entries that are obtained by fraudulent means or forged, counterfeit, mutilated, illegible, incomplete or late because of technical, computer or telephone problems or any other error or reason.
• Group Lelys is not responsible for technical, mechanical, computer, telephone, telecommunication, distribution or production errors and may cancel or withdraw the promotion in the event of such errors, without obligation or prior notice, at its sole discretion.
• Group Lelys is not responsible for errors or technical difficulties arising from server, hardware or software failure, transmission problems or data transmitted by the participant that is lost, delayed or corrupted.
• Group Lelys is not responsible for damage to a user's system as a result of their participation in the contest or the downloading of information necessary for participation in the promotion.
